Tutto ha inizio quando Oga si imbatte in un neonato presso le rive di un fiume, il bimbo non vorrà più separarsi da lui vedendolo come una figura paterna vista la sua propensione naturale verso il male. Difatti il neonato altri non è che Beelzebub, il figlio del Re degli Inferi. Oga cercherà insieme al suo migliore amico Takayuki Furuichi e la babysitter Hildagarde, il demone incaricato di prendersi cura di Baby-BL, di affibbiare il piccolo a qualche altro studente del liceo Ishiyama. L'impresa non si rivelerà facile visto che Beelzebub potrà accettare solo una persona più forte e malvagia di Oga. Genere: Azione, Commedia, Demoni, School Life, Shounen.
